Satisfaction guaranteed! We guarantee healthy, viable tubers. Upon receipt of your package, open immediately and inspect tubers. If you are not happy with your tuber upon receipt, please contact us within 5 days and we will happily replace your tuber in kind if possible, or with a different variety of your choice. If your tuber fails to grow 5 weeks after planting, please contact us immediately for further return instructions. Once the dahlia tuber is returned, we will happily replace your tuber or refund your purchase (shipping not refundable). Our guarantee is only good for the season the tuber is purchased, and we are not responsible for customer negligence, such as damage due to pests, weather conditions, inadequate care, or winter storage.
